Ring Mandrel Assembly

Here is the assembly in process. Two of the smaller size drums are already attached to mandrels. The two larger ones are still unattached. The hammer is used to flatten one end of the 1.8 in stainless mandrels, using a small piece of scrap steel (on a concrete floor) as an anvil.
