This marble is made of some yellow and some nile green Opalino (Moretti rod from hell!). When in the flame it was looking rather deeply transparent and I hoped it would come out like jade or perhaps malachite. But after annealing it got opaque, and the glass did what it likes to do and formed the complex craze-like pattern you see here... it is not crazing, but a black compound presumably from overcooking the glass.
