This is a strange and kind of nifty marble. It was made with a medium blue clear rod for the core, outside which I added some oddball red moretti which I don't see in the current chip charts -- not a striking red, but one that starts out bright red (transparent). This red might have been discontinued because of its temperamental behaviour. At the drop of a hat it turns smoky and takes on a nasty brownish liver colour. But if you encase it in clear, which I quickly did, it holds up better. This marble is smokier than the camera shows, but still perceptibly red.
